The information we collect is used for Elsys's for product purchasing and shipping, and emails for various newsletters subscriptions that an account holder or user has subscribed--which may be user modified. It may also be used by service providers to a service you have purchased or subscribed to.

The only exception to this rule is when a user purchases a product or subscribes to a service that such information is required for a third-party to process a transaction, such as for payment or shipping, or to provide the service. Use of this website, contents, products and services, is construed as consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Wilson County, Tennessee for the settlement of all disputes not otherwise specified in a user agreement. YOU AGREE TO CONSENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF WILSON COUNTY TENNESSEE FOR ALL DISPUTES NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN A USER AGREEMENT.
SERVICE AGREEMENT
Elsys will offer various services for user subscription and purchase. This section will be updated as those services are implemented.
Shipping devices to Elsys for any service
Elsys and its technical partners do not claim responsibility for damages during transit between ourselves and our customers. Any damage to the device during shipping must be handled and claimed directly with the shipping service used. Elsys does not have authority nor control over any shipping parcel carrier service.
The devices we receive will be recorded for the state it was received in at the time it is received. Elsys can not warrant any customer devices serviced, and the customer must understand that the device warranty that they have may be voided; if we are requested to make modifications to the device. Elsys is not responsible for voided warranties. The customer accepts this risk by purchasing our services and sending us their device.
Denial of Service or Incomplete Services
Elsys reserves the right to deny service to any customer at the sole discretion of Elsys and its technical support partners if the device in question is deemed not serviceable by our staff. Refunds will not be given for a device that could not be repaired, if our services were rendered to make an attempt to do so. If the device was not given an attempt to fix, we will return the device and refund any pre-paid service charge, minus shipping costs.
