SHIPPING POLICY
Notice: To keep our prices from going up, we will be discontinuing free shipping. We thank you for your support.
Free Shipping orders are generally shipped by USPS Ground Advantage, but may ship via other methods or carriers as we deem them most cost effective.
*Free Shipping is for all orders totaling over $100, that are to be shipped to locations considered to be a part of the United States of America; international shipments are not included in the free shipping.
Note: “Free Shipping” does not mean that Elsys does not pay money to ship the customers orders. “Free Shipping” means that Elsys is not charging the customer a separate charge on top of the price of the products purchased. If a non-defective product is returned to Elsys, for refund, the amount of money that Elsys paid to ship the product to the customer will NOT be refundable, for any reason. A tracking number will be issued to each order and forwarded to the purchaser via email automated systems. If a tracking number is not received, check your junk (spam) folder and place us on your safe sender list. Your tracking information will also be available on your customer dashboard
Large or bulky orders may be shipped via FedEx or UPS if the costs are lower for us.
Elsys takes special care in preparing and packaging all orders for shipping. In the unlikely event an item is lost or damaged during shipping we will work together with you to ensure you get the products you ordered.
SHIPPING TIMES NOTICE
We will always work as hard as we can to ship out orders as quickly as possible. We generally try to ship out all orders the same day the order is placed if purchased by 12pm (Noon) CDT (M-F), and we try to ship all orders out within 1 business day from order placement; though we do not guarantee this. Please note that we can not guarantee any shipment times in any way, though we will always try to ship as immediately as possible.
