I tried the T-Mobile supplied Inseego modem with a static address. Would only work for 10 minutes then quit. T-Mobile said it had to be “my” equipment. I bought the Elsys and I’ve had no issues at all! Plus, my speed is fast and consistent.

Works great in my rural setting with T-mobile Home Internet. Just follow the detailed instructions on the Elsys website for T- mobile. Plug in the right APN and IMEI number and the SIM from the T- mobile hardware. If you have an ASUS router make sure IPv6 is turned on.

Excellent product and has improved experience greatly

Got unexpected and unhoped for results in a desolate area. Replaced two Yagis and a 4G modem with the Amplimax Ultra 5G Outdoor. Was getting 3-4 Mbps down before. With Amplimax it went to around 50 Mbps down - all on 4G LTE (no 5G available in the area).Highly recommend.

The Amplimax Ultra works extremely well. I have to say that customer service is six star. I know it’s only a five star rating, but they go above and beyond for sure. It not only increases my download speed, but the real difference is in the increased upload speed. Highly recommended.

I purchased this unit after researching it online and watching many YouTube videos. I am impressed with how it works and all the options that it provides over my regular provider's modem. I am never going back, and I am very pleased with the unit and the DIY videos for installation.

I've been on a wireless ISP for 13 years. Finally, TMO Home Internet is available. Much faster and a much lower cost. However, my house has a metal roof which kills cell phone service/data. This is the perfect solution as I already had ethernet running to my Wireless ISP Radio. Thanks to Richard for fantastic customer support assisting with getting a Static IP setup for my service and overall support videos that walk you thru pretty much everything including resolving my IOT issues. Now I have much faster service at 1/2 the cost of what I was paying previously.

I had a T-Mobile wireless internet box getting 8 to 25 mbs down. Bought the Amplimax Ultra 5G. Put it on the roof with a line-of-sight to a T-Mobile tower about 3 miles away. Immediately started getting over 300 mbs down.

My Elsys Amplimax 5G unit has been up and running for about two weeks. I started this ordeal by sending an email to Richard with all the T-mobile Sagemcom metrics. Within two hours he called me to discuss my options. I started the install on a Sunday and the set-up was quite easy but I had a problem connecting to the internet. I sent out an email to Richard for help and yes…..on a Sunday afternoon, there was Richard helping me out. He then followed up with a phone call the next day. We got the system working and he even took the time to go thru my Linksys router settings to make sure all was good. My download and upload speeds are about 3 times better. In previous reviews there was always talk of how good Richard was with his customers…..and I was anxious to give him a try. Let me tell you folks….Richard is the real deal……the cost of the Elsys 5G may be a concern to some…….but your experience with Richard will be ……priceless.

I have tried many 5G modems and antenna setups for traveling in my RV and this is the best so far. Hope I never have to purchase another one.

So, here I am, a Senior Network Admin. Versed in virtualization, Cisco IOS, cloud computing and on... I have constant drops on TMO due to having my own infrastructure at home. I had some questions initially. Richard called me directly. I was blown away by his customer service. I dealt with the G4AR issues for a bit then pulled the trigger on an Elsys Amplimax. I haven't even moved my SIM yet. So this review is on The Wireless Haven a bit more so than the Elsys. What you get from Richard is rare these days. From the videos, which even my lowest functioning end users can follow to someone like me, he is just amazing. Having talked to him just cements my case. As for the Elsys, right out of the box, the blind search was all I needed to see it would be a massive upgrade. I would resell these to all my friends, even foes. I'm beyond stoked!

Senior Network Engineer who works remote. Recently moved and no isp available, unless you count Starlink as a viable option. No cell service available on cell phone with TM, ever. TM not available at all for address. Decided to give this a shot, I figured why not. Bought TM card and Ultramax. thing is sitting on my couch (not even mounted outdoors yet. I get 90 down and 50 up consistently. I did have to tweak it a bit to get it that high. I think out of the box it got 175 up and 8 down. Work from home daily. Voip calls no qaulity issues. Teams calls all day long no issues.
